Bearfist are a metal hybrid from Essex, South-East England and bring elements from a few sub genres BUT its primarily pure fucking metal! They are dropping new EP on the 18th of January called 'Smile You Son Of A Bitch' and from the title you can tell what kind of album it is...
Its straight to the throat with groovy, heavy, hypnotic riffs and aggressive fist in the air moments.
This album crushes the listener relentlessly and screams in their face while they are ignoring reality!
There`s some amazing moments during the album that are undeniably anthemic and grandiose that give the EP some depth and scale to the listen that are so good they will be going on my playlist.
Bearfist are a live band no argument there because while i was headbanging my way though i just wanted to see them live.
Especially during the breakdown and anthemic sections they hit hard with incredible groove and ferocity that is well needed at the start of the year to shake off the cobwebs.
Was a electric listen and a great record from start to finish its perfect for driving or cleaning up ferociously but bearfist are not responsible for any damages that may occur.
