Bring the onslaught are a metalcore band from Aylesbury UK, They dropped their EP 'Heartless' and rifftastic are on it! lets go!
From the get go the album has a atmospheric start that transitions into groovy ass riffs accompanied with brutal vocals into a breakdown that has 'CONTEXT' this means allot to us at rifftastic, The album continues to deliver a solid few tracks that set the tone(torn to pieces/The sacrifice PTII).
The vocals and music remind me of the 'The Gazette' from japan which is a massive compliment, The album is consistent and surprising all the way through and the context of music vocals, breakdowns work well together and make sense within the song structures.
Theres a fair few moments i was nodding in approval and even felt like pitting on my own at one point....
The only thing bothering me about the album i feel the guitar and drum production could have been a bit better produced? the tracks sound is inconsistent during the album for example 'mind control' is louder than 'far from over' and that alone guitar section is a bit harsh on the ear, But its not a massive critique and is subjective.
Overview: They definitely stand out in the 'metalcore' world and have some great potential and awesome moments worthy of metalcore greats but i feel the best is yet to come from these guys, I shall be keeping an eye on them in future.
