Shadows Of Violence - Revolt 'Album review'

Shadow of violence are very to the point and do not shy away from hitting you in the face, They have great attitude and have a point to make and boy you will know what it is.

Like a mutant hybrid of 90s metal bands combined into one with extra attachments it comes for you, i heard so many influences and sounds here like ministry, pantera and static-x etc the grooves are undeniable and the energy is infectious.

This album sounds like a 'classic' but in this day and age we have grown past this 'sound' with very technical and brutal sounds so this style is refreshing to hear it re imagined with their own twist, i feel this will be a 80/90s kid nostalgia trip they never heard due to its familiar sound.

To summarize this album is hard but here we go!

This record is very eclectic, combining allot of styles and normally this can dilute the sound and consistency because doing any of these incredibly well is hard enough as it is but somehow they managed to pull it off and released a full on enjoyable nostalgic listen that i will return to again, hats off lads.
